Megan Henberger, PA-C

Megan Henberger is a physician assistant who was born and raised in Orange County. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from St. Bonaventure University and has a background in EMS leadership. She has a special interest in sports medicine and women’s health. She enjoys medical mission trips, travel, and rooting for the Chargers.


Melissa Kyle, FNP

Melissa Kyle was born and raised in Orange County. As a lover of the great outdoors and sunshine, she has lived in Orange County all of her life. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. After working for 15 years in the emergency department at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, she left there to become a part of the Caduceus team. She works in Yorba Linda in family practice, urgent care, and Caduceus Specialty. She enjoys educating her patients about lifestyle changes.

When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her husband and two children. Together they enjoy surfing, hiking, camping, and traveling all over the world looking for adventures. If she can find some time, she also enjoys photography, painting, yoga and a good book.


Shital Patel, NP

Shital Patel is a primary care provider and started her nursing career in 2012 at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles (oncology/medical surgical department). After earning her MSN from Charles Drew University of Medicine & Science she started practicing as a nurse practitioner providing urgent care services and found her niche. Her hobbies include spending time with family, physical fitness, and snowboarding.


Carlos Sobral, MD

Dr. Carlos Sobral is an Irvine family doctor and his life in medicine started in La Habra and he has been practicing in Orange County for over two decades. He became progressively interested in cholesterol, heart, and stroke risk and his interests took him to advanced lipid testing and analysis.

Mary DeNicola, DNP

Mary works as a primary care provider has been a nurse for over 30 years receiving her BSN from Creighton University. She earned her MSN/FNP from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing. She has worked at Caduceus for over a decade and is a certified lactation consultant with a special interest in breast feeding medicine.

S Espiritu

Sheyanne Espiritu, FNP

Sheyanne Espiritu is a family nurse practitioner, who earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Before becoming an NP, she has worked under several specialties as a registered nurse including medical-surgical, telemetry, oncology, home health, and family medicine.

Brenda Felter, FNP

Brenda started her career in emergency medicine as an EMT in 2004 and became an RN in 2009 then an NP in 2018, spending most training hours with Mary DeNicola DNP. Throughout her RN years, she specialized in critical care transport, adult, and pediatric trauma. She transitioned from RN to NP at Hoag in Newport Beach for almost 15 years.

When not working, Brenda can be found riding her Harley-Davidson, soaking up the sun, or booking her next trip and feels blessed to have two happy and healthy adult children.



Nichole Rogers, FNP

Nichole Rogers is a Family Nurse Practitioner and specializes in primary and urgent care services. Nichole pursued her interest in nursing, graduating in 2015 with honors, from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She took special interest in the neuroscience field, and worked at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach for five years in the Neuroscience Institute.  She continued her education at California State University, Long Beach where she graduated top of her class (Summa Cum Laude), with a 4.0 GPA & her Master’s of Science and Family Practice. She received most of her graduate training from Chief Medical Officer Gregg DeNicola MD & PDQ Operations Officer DNP Mary DeNicola and continues to partner with them closely. She enjoys meeting new patients and establishing a connection to promote a comfortable visit that patients can look forward to while being able to have continuity of care.

On her days off, you would probably find Nichole paddle-boarding in Newport Harbor or backpacking in the serene nature.
